HiFrontDesk is operated by Jigsaw Software Development Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17190874). This notice explains, in plain English, how we handle personal data.
If your call was answered by a HiFrontDesk assistant
The business you rang uses HiFrontDesk to answer calls it would otherwise miss. That business decides why and how your details are used (it is the data controller); we process your call on its behalf. The assistant tells you at the start of the call that it is an AI and that the call is recorded. We pass the details you choose to leave, such as your name, number and question, to the business so it can call you back. Call transcripts are kept for 90 days by default and then deleted. If you want your details removed sooner, contact the business you called, or email us and we will help.
If you request a demo or contact us
We use the details you give us to respond to your request. We only send you marketing email if you ticked the box asking for it, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. We record what wording you agreed to and when.
Where data is processed
Our voice technology partners process call audio and transcripts in the United States under recognised international data-transfer safeguards. Our own records are held in the UK and Europe.
